President

Will Condon serves as president of the Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart, where he oversees the operations and the continuous growth and development of the Children’s Hospital and pediatric service line. In 2019, he played a lead role in the opening of the new Studer Family Children’s Hospital, the region’s only hospital specializing in pediatric care. He also has responsibilities for the women’s service line at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola that includes labor and delivery, postpartum and the regional perinatal center.

Prior to assuming his position at the Children’s Hospital, Will served as chief marketing and communications officer for Ascension Florida and director of operations for Sacred Heart Health System.

Will has served at Ascension Sacred Heart for ten years. He began his career in the health system’s Marketing and Communications Department with a focus on promoting growth of Ascension Medical Group, the Children’s Hospital, and key services at Ascension Sacred Heart’s hospitals in Pensacola, Miramar Beach and Gulf County.

Born in Pensacola and a graduate of Pensacola Catholic High School, Will earned his Bachelor of Communications and his Master of Healthcare Administration, both from the University of West Florida.  He is a graduate of the Leadership Pensacola class of 2016. Will is currently a board member of Achieve Escambia and Gulf Coast Kid's House. In 2015, he was named one of Pensacola’s Rising Stars by InWeekly and in 2020, he was named Business Leader of the Year by the Pensacola Chamber’s PACE awards.

Will and his wife, Jamie, are residents of Gulf Breeze. They have two daughters, Adler and Smith.

Pediatrician-in-Chief

Jason A. Foland, MD, MBA, CPE, FAAP, serves as pediatrician-in-chief for the Studer Family Children’s Hospital. His role includes leadership in patient care, participation in strategic planning, participation in quality improvement initiatives and outcome reviews, and provision of clinical vision for the development of medical services in alignment with the hospital’s strategic plan. Before taking on the leadership role of pediatrician-in-chief, Dr. Foland practiced at the Studer Family Children’s Hospital for 15 years as an attending physician for pediatric critical care. He has been a clinical associate professor of pediatrics for the University of Florida School of Medicine since January 2016. From 2017 to 2018, he was chair of the Children’s Clinical Advisory Committee and the Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Foland is a Certified Physician Executive by the American Association of Physician Leaders and earned a Lean Green Belt in Healthcare from the Institute of Industrial and System Engineers. He received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston, Emory University School of Medicine. He earned his Master’s degree in business administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. In addition to his leadership role, Dr. Foland continues to care for patients in the pediatric intensive care unit.

Vice President of Patient Care

Pam Brouder is a mission-driven leader with more than 30 years of experience in health care, including 10 years as a nursing director and three years in senior leadership. She comes to Pensacola from St. Louis, where she has worked at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, part of the BJC Healthcare system. She served for three years as Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Missouri Baptist's 500-bed community hospital. Prior to that, she served as interim Vice President of Patient Care and the Director of Womens and Infants services. Other earlier leadership roles included Director of Critical Care for six years at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis, and Director of Surgical Services at SSM Health's St. Clare Health Center. Pam began her career as a nurse at St. Louis Children's Hospital after receiving her bachelor's degree in nursing from Deaconess College of Nursing in St. Louis. She also earned her master's degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix.
